Location: PAN India & Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Time & Labor and Payroll modules.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
• Experience with PeopleTools (8.5x or higher), Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher and SQR for custom development.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for database querying, performance tuning, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, File Layouts).
• Understanding of payroll processing, tax calculations, and time reporting configurations.
