 Specialist Process Associate

Job Description

  1. Ensure daily workload (as provided by the Team Leader/SME) is completed in a timely manner
  2. Adhere to the process defined by the clients to conduct compliance checks / audits ensuring KPI s are met
  3. Ensure effective & timely communication is maintained with stakeholders (written and verbal)
  4. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ensuring they understand the process, resolve their queries within the contractual requirements
  5. Answer calls or make outbound calls to the stakeholders for immediate resolutions
  6. Attend emails (mailbox) ensuring all queries are responded to within the agreed SLA
  7. Be up to date with process updates on compliance requirements and processes
  8. Be efficient in day to day working
  9. Report accurate data on real time basis
  10. Encouraging team camaraderie
  11. Achieve organisational values

Experience, Skills & Attributes

Required

  1. Proven track record auditing/vetting documentation accurately
  2. Well Organised and should be able to multitask
  3. Meet deadlines within fast paced environment
  4. Self-motivated even when undertaking repetitive tasks
  5. Proven ability to build relationships with internal or external parties with excellent telephonic and email communication skills
  6. Process driven and keen to ensure efficiencies are achieved
  7. Excellent problem solving skills and able to use own initiative

  2. Enthusiastic, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and video call
