Job Description

Mandatory Certification:

1. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
2. CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) from IIBA
3. PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis)

Mandatory Skillset:

1. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
2. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
3. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
5. Proficiency in process modeling tools (e. g. , Visio) and requirements management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence) .
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies (e. g. , Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services) is a significant advantage.
