Title - Test Lead Automation

Location - Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru and Coimbatore

Experience - 6 years and above

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute automation test scripts/scenarios using Selenium, Java, Cucumber BDD, and Test NG.
Design and implement a comprehensive Test Automation Strategy.
Create reusable and scalable Automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Review design documents, business requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Utilize intermediate SQL skills for data analysis and insights.
Drive Agile methodology practices within the testing environment.
Expertly manage test activities using JIRA or HP ALM, ensuring completion and sign-off for deployment.
Monitor project health, SLAs, KPIs, risk indicators, and process metrics.
Lead Test Management tasks including estimation, RTM creation, and stakeholder reporting.
