Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain call logs and document customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent service and meet quality standards.
- Work in a (US/UK time zones).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Salary: 3 LPA - 6.5 LPA
- Night Shift Allowance
- Both Side Cab Facility
- 5 Days Working | Rotational Week Off
- Freshers & Graduates with Minimum 6 Months of Experience in International BPO.
- Undergraduates with Minimum 6 months of Experience in International BPO.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
