- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Etc.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Prior experience in BPO, KPO, or ITES industry hiring.
- Strong networking and industry connections.
- Experience handling walk-in drives and job fairs.
