Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team at Apptad Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field and a strong background in recruitment services.Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.

Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job

Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a related field.

Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
