Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our Accounts & Finance team. In this role, you will focus on recovering outstanding payments from our U.S.-based clients, primarily through a high volume of follow-up calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the professionalism to manage sensitive financial information with care.
Role & responsibilities:
- Ability to handle 75-100 follow-up calls daily.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Excellent advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills/ analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an international voice process, preferably in collections.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Prior experience in a collections role, preferably in an international voice process.
- Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make 75-100 follow-up calls daily.

- Must be ready to work in the Night shift.
