Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and regional roles
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and local networks
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Promote employer branding through local outreach and online platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, job boards)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize hiring needs
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Fluency in Hindi and English (local dialects a plus)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 02 years of experience in recruitment (freshers welcome)
- Prior experience in local hiring or telecalling is a bonus
- 15,000 & 30,000/month + incentives (based on experience and performance)
- PF and other statutory benefits
- Flexible working hours (6-day work week)
