Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Corporate Sales & Reservations Specialist to oversee corporate accounts and manage end-to-end booking processes. This dual-role position involves building strong client relationships, securing recurring bookings, ensuring reservation accuracy, and delivering exceptional corporate customer service.


Key Responsibilities


Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with business travel partners, relocation agencies, and corporate HR/Procurement teams.
  • Understand client travel needs and offer customized solutions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports, feedback analysis, and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts, retain high-value clients, and resolve escalations effectively.

Reservations & Booking Management

  • Manage and process daily corporate bookings, changes, and cancellations across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with property management, operations, and revenue teams to ensure real-time availability and rate accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and error-free confirmations, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Respond to booking inquiries and issues via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor booking trends and collaborate on improving turnaround time and guest satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, key account management, or hospitality reservations.
  • Exposure to international markets is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in handling B2B clients and managing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, email etiquette, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
