Job Description
Provide support to resolve/troubleshoot the issues faced by the clinicians & other users.
Follow standard operating procedures; be compliant with policies and procedures as set by the client.
Ensure all support-related data is accurately logged into the tracking application.
Document, track and take appropriate actions to close or escalate product incident related issues in a timely manner.
Develop deep expertise in products supported.
MastersBachelors in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
2 years of experience in providing support for the US healthcare space.
Basic understanding of healthcare informatics and clinical terminology.
Strong English language skills.
Data-driven, analytical, disciplined, objective, and detail-oriented.
Intermediate knowledge of Mysql 5.5/5.6/5.7 & T-SQL Programming.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
