Job Description
- API Integration: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain database schemas, optimize database performance, and write complex SQL queries.
- Microservices Architecture: Develop and manage microservices, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability of the system.
- Code Review and Best Practices: Conduct peer code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for software development.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- BFSI Domain Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the BFSI domain to design and implement features that meet industry-specific requirements and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases like Oracle DB
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like OCI is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the BFSI sector, including key concepts, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Certification in Java, Spring, or related technologies.
