• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications, ensuring the highest quality and performance.
• Architecture and Design: Collaborate on system and software architecture, providing insights into the best practices and design patterns.
• Code Review: Review code written by junior developers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development processes.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance, and system administrators
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and procedures
• Testing: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that applications meet quality standards and perform testing as needed
• Security: Implement security best practices and protocols to protect application data and systems
