Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end project management for UPI-based payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with NPCI certification processes, managing documentation and approvals efficiently.
- Drive sprint planning, scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage DevOps boards , ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using Agile tools (Azure DevOps).
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Optimize team performance through process improvements and best Agile practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech/payment domain.
- Strong knowledge of UPI architecture , transaction flows, and settlement mechanisms.
- Prior experience with NPCI certification processes , compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and tracking progress via Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure , and deployment automation .
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize software delivery and system reliability.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification is a plus.
- Experience in handling multiple fintech projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience working with third-party payment processors and banks.
