Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.

Experience.

Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Experience in training or coaching sales teams, especially in a BPO setting.
Willingness to adapt to changing BPO requirements and industry trends
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and sales practices.

Education:

Undergraduate is ok
