Job Description

Process: Sales and Retention

Shift Window: 24x7 rotational shift

Working Days: 5

Week Offs: Any two (Rotational Week offs)

Requirements-

- Graduate/ HSC

- Experience: Min 6 months in sales

Job Responsibilities -

  • Respond to inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding activations, upgrades, and plan details, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored SIM card plans and services, aiming to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to SIM card services, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to enhance retention.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
