Job Description
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with the company s branding and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continually improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and methodologies.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
