Job Description
- As a Lead Business Analyst - PeopleSoft FSCM at our organization, you will be responsible for business requirements & systems analysis, programming, and other IT-related tasks. You must possess a complete understanding of the software development lifecycle and have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Business Analyst. Your role will require strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and outstanding problem-solving capabilities. You should be adept at translating business requirements into terms understandable by both IT professionals and business stakeholders. Your proficiency in interacting in business and IT-focused discussions, as well as your ability to influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers, will be crucial. Being proficient in working within a globally distributed team is essential for this position. Your skills in PeopleSoft, FSCM, and PeopleSoft Techno-Functional aspects will be key to your success in this role.
