Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Total Experience Required: 10 to 12 Years
Relevant Experience: 10+ Years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Work Location: Bangalore STP
Domain: Retail
Roles and Responsibilities:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central with solid consulting exposure
  
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with up-to-date delta certifications
  
• Must have completed at least two full end-to-end implementations
  
• Strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management in global organizations
  
• Ability to define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC solutions
  
• Provide HCM best practice consulting for clients migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
  
• Translate business requirements into configuration objects and create solution designs aligned with best practices
  
• Hands-on experience in:
  
• Metadata Framework (MDF)
  
• Foundation objects, associations
  
• Business rules and workflows
  
• All relevant data models
  
• Strong command over XML configuration
  
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP HCM
  
• SuccessFactors Employee Central
  

Desired Skills:

• Broader SAP HCM domain knowledge
