Leetcoder on Python i.e highly hands-on person
Expert in one of the Web Frameworks of Python. Knowledge of GRPC is plus.
Have been into GenAI space atleast for 2 years.
Expertise in System design
Handson in GenAI Agentic platform development

Understands inside out of Langchain/Langraph kind of framework
Good at Azure cloud deployment architecture
Event /Streaming driven architectural handons
Plus> MCP, A2A protocols handson
