Job Description
Title/Designation: Senior/Specialist
Role: Graphics & Visual Designing
Work Mode: Hybrid
Exp: 3 - 5 years
Role & responsibilities:
- Generate unique visual concepts that align with project objectives and client preferences.
- Design graphics for various media, including websites, advertisements, brochures, and social media.
- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other designers to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
- Proficiently use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
- Incorporate feedback to improve designs and ensure they meet client expectations and project goals
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platform.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic designing
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and strong team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
