Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Servicing Associate to join our Digital Marketing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates looking to start their career in client relationship management and digital marketing. You will serve as a bridge between our internal creative and digital teams and the clients, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate between internal teams (design, content, strategy, digital media) and clients to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for campaign updates, feedback, and reporting.
- Support digital campaign planning, execution, and monitoring across social media and other platforms.
- Maintain documentation of client briefs, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with digital trends and best practices to contribute to campaign improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing (internships can be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, email marketing, paid ads, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
