• Travel Consultant/ Senior Travel Consultant

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years Maximum 10 years

Location:

• Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Role involves end to end support for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport, along with handling modifications and cancellations. 
• Creation of PNR, Issuance, Re-issuance, Refund, Cancellation, Date Change, Voluntary & Involuntary changes.
• Issuing Domestic & International tickets using CRS Amadeus.
• Will be handling International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares & airline updates.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have worked on Amadeus.
•  Hands-on experience in handling Corporate ticketing.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Experience in handling corporate travel business
• Willing to work in Implants as well as Back Office.
• Should be comfortable working in the rotational shift.
• Good understanding on transit visa regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Global routing and fare rules.
• Graduate with IATA certification (Preferred)
