About the Role

As a QA Intern, you will test and validate the behavior of GenAI bots. You'll work with our AI Agent that generates test scripts from PRDs and learn how to perform edge-case, adversarial, and regression testing for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts across text, SQL, and voice bots
• Run test cycles for hallucination, drift, and response accuracy
• Create QA reports and feedback loops for agent behavior
• Work closely with the engineering team to flag issues

Preferred Skills

• Passion for testing, precision, and quality
• Comfortable writing test cases or working with tools like Postman

Familiarity with chatbots or LLMs a plus

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical & problem solving skill.
• Awareness of current trends in tech innovation & industry developments.
