Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance audits of inpatient and outpatient coded records
Perform detailed chart audits to identify coding errors and assess coder performance
Analyze audit data and implement corrective action plans with coding teams
Provide feedback, documentation support, and retraining as needed
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve coding-related denials
Ensure accurate code assignment to support revenue cycle management
