Job Description

Plan and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Optimize routes and manage load capacities to improve efficiency.

Liaise with transport vendors and carriers; negotiate contracts and ensure service compliance.

Monitor shipments and coordinate with warehouses to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices and e-way bills.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to transportation.

Lead and supervise logistics staff, providing training and enforcing operational protocols.

Implement quality control measures to protect goods during transit.

Generate performance reports and analyze logistics data to identify trends and improvement areas.

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.

Proficient in logistics software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in team management and vendor coordination.

CTC: 3,60,000 per annum
