Job Title: EDP Operations cum MIS Executive Logistics
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Experience: 2-5 years (Logistics/Transportation Industry)
CTC: 3,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting:

Collect, process, and manage data related to shipments, inventory, and transportation.

Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decisions.
2. System Administration:
-
Maintain and troubleshoot electronic data processing (EDP) systems.

Ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of operational data.
3. Process Optimization:
-
Analyze logistics and operational data to identify process gaps.

Recommend and implement system and workflow improvements.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
-
Ensure adherence to data processing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Maintain records and reports for audits and quality control.
Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelors degree (any stream).

Experience: 2-5 years in MIS/EDP roles, preferably in logistics or transport.
Technical Skills:
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and logistics software.

Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
