Trainee Site Engineer @ Synigence Technical

Job Description - 

• Project Oversight

  • Coordinate daily site operations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technicians, contractors, and management.

• Inventory & Logistics

  • Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment check-in/check-out.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support procurement processes.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Compile service orders, timesheets, and expense reports.
  • Organize meeting notes, maintenance logs, and compliance records.

• Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including fall protection and emergency procedures.

• Technical Support

  • Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and fault response.
  • Support technicians with service documentation and workflow approvals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma (Associates or Technical Degree preferred)
• Experience 1-2 years on-site wind farm experience or any site experience
• Technical Proficiency Familiarity with basic electrical/mechanical tools
