Experience- 0-2 Yrs

Location- Hyderabad and Gurugram

Qualification- Postgraduate (MBA-HR)/ Graduate + HR Certification/ Diploma/ Executive Prog.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR policies, practices, and employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, pre-boarding + onboarding, documentation, and HRIS systems
• BGV check and verification
• Coordinate and track onboarding, confirmation and exit formalities
• Assist in the execution of HR policies and practices
• Basic data analytics and reporting to support HR dashboards and reviews
