- Relevant experience in Hardcore Outbound Sales - B2C.
- 3-5 Years of Hardcore Outbound Sales B2C / Third party .
- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure to achieve team and individual targets.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent leadership skills
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with customers and partners Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Experience in outbound sales/3rd party collections preferred.
