Job Description

JD& Typical duties, Responsibilities:

• Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with Telugu/Hindi.
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Log in hours (Total hours 10:30:00 hrs. & Production hours 9:30:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.
• Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females
• Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates
• Mode of work: Work from Office, Tech Mahindra LTD,Pranava One Building 5^th Floor,Beside Erramanjil Metro station.
• Employment Type: Permanent.
• Educational mandate: any Graduate can apply.
• Working days after training: 5 with 2 days rotational weekly off.
