Job Description
- B.E/M.E - Mechanical
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in Machine Manufacturing or Similar Industry
- Software: Autocad Autodesk Inventor 3D Modelling - Sheet metal must
- Experience with Solid Edge, solid works and Machine designing
- Should be familiar fabrication of Sheet Metal related parts & Different kind of Raw Materials & sections
- Should be familiar Machining related Processes & Geometrical Tolerances, grades & different types of fits
- Should Have Knowledge of 3D Modelling, Assembly and detailing, Drafting, Stimulation & Analysis in Autodesk Inventor
- Should be familiar of Hydraulics & Pneumatics components & Circuits, Different types of Drive
- Arrangement systems like chain drive, motor drive, belt drive & etc.
- Should be able to Make detail Drawings in AutoCAD also whenever required
- Should be able to work independently, should have good communication Skills, interaction with other depts., suppliers etc.
- Take Responsibility of own work & must have problem solving & cost effective techniques/solutions.
- Must be able to design new components through analysis/feedback as and when required.
- Should have Knowledge of ERP/SAP System, generating Bill of Materials in ERP & Microsoft office
- Should be aware of Different design standards like DIN, ISO etc.
