Job Description
- The role's main purpose is to facilitate visual interpretation of data from multiple sources and utilize this information to develop data-driven solutions based on the clients" requirements. You will be responsible for developing valuable insights from various data sources as per client needs. This includes engaging with customers to gather requirements, understanding their objectives, and defining how data will be visualized as the final output. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and use cases to demonstrate the desired data output, analyze and implement the necessary data technology and tools for visualization, and ensure the final data output aligns with business needs. Additionally, you will design and implement data visual aspects, create BI dashboards, collaborate with data architects, and enable the pre-sales team by presenting data designs to clients. In terms of capability building and team management, you will ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications, develop Wipro's point of view on data visualization concepts, and mentor team members for their career development. You will be expected to anticipate talent requirements, hire suitable resources, and contribute to the data visualization practice through various initiatives. The performance parameters will be measured based on project delivery, including the quality of design/architecture, delivery within cost, quality, and timeline constraints. The mandatory skills for this role include Geographic Information Systems (GIS) support, and the desired experience level is over 10 years.
