Job Description

Identify and approach potential customers in the open market (field sales).
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and referrals.
Explain home loan products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
Assist clients in completing the loan application and documentation process.
Follow up with internal departments for loan processing and disbursement.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch goals.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
