Job Purpose:

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Corporate Salary) to join our Retail Banking team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a leading bank in the country, we are committed to providing our customers with the best financial solutions and services. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts for the bank
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business
• Understand the financial needs of corporate clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management in the banking industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
