Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Insurance Sales to promote Health and Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Health and Life Insurance plans to individuals and families.
  
• Understand customer profiles and suggest appropriate insurance coverage.
  
• Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing clients
• Explain policy details including premiums, coverage.
  
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
  

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Prior experience (1-3 yrs) in insurance is a must.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Telugu and Hindi. OR English and Tamil OR English and Kannada
  
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
