Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage production planning, batch processing, manufacturing operations, and plant production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency in liquid manufacturing processes.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of production activities and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, personnel management, and supply chain logistics.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Batch Processing, Manufacturing Operations & Management.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma).
Strong understanding of GMP regulations and ability to apply them effectively throughout the production cycle.

Confident on facing regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA
