Work closely with existing named clients to ensure their needs are met.
Develop relationship with intermediaries that are retained by ManipalCigna clients to ensure their continued support on our retained clients.
Act as a Single Point of Contact for Client/s and Broker partner/s from a ManipalCigna relation perspective.
Review of all communication between company, client and Broker with appropriate documentation of the same.
Engage with client and broker in delivering agreed services as per SLAs
Champion the policy administration service between client, insurer and other vendors in collaboration with internal Ops, Service & Claims team.
Manage and ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all client escalations.
Take ownership of Personal Development to improve knowledge, experience and skill set of self and sales support.
Support storyline development to continually improve the ManipalCigna message.
Re-install schemes at renewal in a thorough professional manner to create a sound basis from which the scheme will be administered.
