Job Title: Trainee Process Associate - AR Caller
Process: International Voice Process
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
- Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take into account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustment.
- To report trends/patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing-related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
- To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality
- To update the outcome of the calls or analysis clearly and coherently in the billing system
- To utilize the P&Ps (policies and procedures) established for the process, and also stay updated with changes made to the P&Ps
- To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager/quality audit team.
Qualification: Graduate fresher- BBA., BA., B.Com., BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, MBA, MCA, Maths), and 10+12+Diploma. Passed out year 2019 to 2025
2025 passed out candidates should have the final semester result as mandatory.

Interview Process: Rounds of Interview:
1. HR Interview
2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude
3. Versant Test - Language Assessment
4. Operational/Technical Interview
Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Night Shift (US Shift). Should be flexible for both shifts.
Transport: Two-way transport is available based on boundary limits.
Location: Chennai - Ambattur
Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
