Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Train Manager (RTM) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across complex programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering value in Agile/SAFe environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate risks, issues, and progress effectively.
- Foster transparency and alignment across teams.
- Agile/SAFe Planning & Execution:
- Drive scope clarity and goal setting for each release.
- Break down work into manageable components.
- Lead estimation, work allocation, and sprint planning.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Tracking & Monitoring:
- Monitor progress across teams and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and releases.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all aspects of delivery.
- Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Domain Expertise:
- Prior experience in Capital Markets or BFSI domain is highly desirable.
