We are looking for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills.

Job Role:

Handle international customer queries via voice or non-voice process

Deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Graduates and undergraduates can apply
