Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.
Handle employee grievances and relations by providing timely redressal and ensuring a positive work environment.
Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive business outcomes through effective goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
Oversee talent management processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality when required.
