Role & responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve business targets.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life insurance products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through tied and direct channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape.
