Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional to join our HR team at IndiaMART. This role focuses on driving a seamless employee experience by effectively managing employee queries, ensuring smooth coordination across HR verticals, and enhancing the pre- and post-joining engagement of new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong employee connections from day one
Job Responsibilities:
Query Management & Resolution:
Provide adequate information on the query raised and document all employee queries. Parallely, track the queries for resolution and analysis. Ensure timely closure and follow-ups.
Employee Communication:
Communicate clearly and proactively with employees regarding the status and expected timelines of their queries or requests.
HR Coordination:
Act as a bridge between employees and HR functions like Payroll, Recruitment, and Employee Relations to facilitate quick and smooth resolution.
New Joiner Engagement:
Connect with new employees during their initial days at IndiaMART to gather detailed feedback. Analyze insights and contribute to HR improvement initiatives.
Pre-Joining Engagement:
Conduct welcome calls with offered candidates to ensure correct expectation-setting and fulfillment of all pre-joining requirements.
Recruiter Call Audits:
Audit recruiter calls to evaluate communication quality and alignment with IndiaMART standards. Share feedback with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements:
-MBA in HR Freshers
-Minimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th standard (mandatory)
