Responsibilities Key Deliverables

1) Management of medical emergencies injuries
2) Handling of day to day OPD treatment for walk in patients in OHC
3) Complete coordination and execution of Statutory Health check-up
4) Deriving Health Index of all permanent employees of the plant as per H and W policy
5) Implementation of measures to improve health index of all the employees
6) Implementation of all statutory requirements of OHC and OHSAS audit preparation
7) Handling of all medical administration activities
8) To train OHC staff to upgrade their functional competencies
9) Medical budget related activities Leadership Competencies
