Job Description

This job requires the candidate to:
  • Focus on face-to-face sales presentations to introduce clients to IndiaMART's value-added services.
  • Build new client relationships, earning trust and rapport for the individual and the company.
  • Accountable for independently driving sales activities within the assigned region.
Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,or Any PG

Job Responsibilities:

  • To generate leads from a given database & identify decision makers within targeted leads, and initiate the sales process.
  • To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to bring the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • Ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
  • Adhere to processes and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan objectives in accordance with field sales activities.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Active listening and understanding of the business contexts of clients
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities that resonate with your customers.

A preferred candidate should have:
  • A laptop, android device and bike (with valid RC and DL)
  • At least 12 months of relevant sales experience. (If only Graduate)
  • MBA or any Equivalent Degree freshers can also apply (at least 60% throughout)
