Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Pune WFO
Experience: 3-4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a talented and performance-driven Software Engineer with experience in C++ (C++11/14/17) and/or Golang to join our high-impact development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system-level software or backend services with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using C++ (any of C++11, C++14, or C++17) or Golang
• Write efficient build scripts and maintain project structures using CMake and Makefiles
• Participate in system architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
• Optimize software for speed and memory usage, and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Ensure robust, secure, and scalable code

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with C++11 / C++14 / C++17 (at least one version is mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Golang for building microservices or backend components
• Good understanding of CMake, Makefiles, and build automation tools
• Proficiency in multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with Linux development environments and shell scripting
• Knowledge of networking protocols and system-level programming is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage
• Open-source contributions or personal projects in C++ or Golang are a plus
