Job Description

India MART is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to lead and manage our campus hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with top academic institutions, coordinating recruitment drives, and attracting the best young talent to join our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end campus recruitment strategies in line with business goals
Build and maintain relationships with TPOs (Training and Placement Officers) of colleges, business schools, and universities
Plan and organize campus recruitment events such as pre-placement talks, online/offline tests, interviews.
Partner with business leaders to identify campus hiring needs and align hiring strategies accordingly
Promote India MART as an employer of choice through branding activities, social media, and campus engagements
Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on campus hiring performance
Manage onboarding coordination for campus hires and ensure smooth transition into full-time roles
Track internship programs and PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0-1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably campus hiring (internship experience can be considered for freshers)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
High energy, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

MBA is mandatory

80% in 10th and 12th
