Process: AVIVA International Voice (Insurance Domain)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Voice Process
• Insurance domain experience will be a strong advantage

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: Fixed 2 days off per week

Work Mode: Work from Office (Magarpatta, Pune)

What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to insurance products
• Deliver high-quality service to international clients (AVIVA UK-based insurance provider)
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Follow compliance and process protocols diligently
