Location: Gurgaon (5 days WFO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in building microservices-based architectures and integrating AI/ML models into scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, FastAPI/Flask/Django, and experienced in machine learning model deployment using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MLflow. You will work closely with data scientists, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Microservices Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy Python-based microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven services.
- Ensure service reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance using modern design patterns.
- Integrate services with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Work with DevOps to automate builds, testing, deployment, and monitoring (CI/CD pipelines).
AI/ML Integration:
- Collaborate with data science teams to deploy and serve ML models in production.
- Build APIs and pipelines for real-time or batch inference using tools like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, SageMaker, or ONNX.
- Manage model lifecycle: versioning, A/B testing, rollback, logging, and monitoring.
- Ensure low-latency performance and robustness in AI model consumption.
Key Skills:
- Python 3.x, FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework
- Microservices architecture, API development, containerization
- AI/ML integration: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TorchServe, MLflow
- Model deployment via REST/gRPC or containerized solutions
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Cloud platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), Azure, or GCP
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
- Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Sentry
- Version control: Git
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Familiarity with data pipelines and feature stores
- Knowledge of API security, rate limiting, and token-based authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
- Experience working with asynchronous frameworks (e.g., asyncio, Celery)
- Exposure to AI-powered products such as chatbots, NLP engines, recommender systems, etc.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
